Do You offer custom orders?  

We just  Love and accept custom order requests, but sadly we cannot accept all custom orders. Custom orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to complete. However in the height of wedding season (spring/summer ) this may not be possible. Pls. contact us at info@lavenderbyjurgita.com and we will be happy to assist You! 

I want my piece custom size (large/ smaller) or colour , is this possible? 

Since our items are handmade, most items can be customized  Please contact us for more information!

How long until my order ships?

 All items are made in our studio.  Turnaround time estimates are for the time required to complete an order and do not include shipping times. All the pieces which is made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to complete. Rush orders are available (2-3 days for production) for an additional 15% fee.

My wedding is in 2 weeks, can  I get my order in time ?

Yes !  You need to choose Rush order option plus shipping  with DHL express  during checkout  and You will receive Your order within 1-1.5 weeks or less. 

What attachments for hair pieces do you offer?

We offer wire combs, alligator clips, pin backs and headbands.  Feel free to  contact us and we can see what is the possibilities are for customization.

What forms of payment do you accept?

 We accept payment via PayPal, including payments made by credit or debit card.

Which colour of Pearls  I should choose to match my dress?

Wondering which colour of pearls to choose? We use only Swarovski crystal pearls because of high quality and crystal look for all LavenderByJurgita adornments. We often get the question which colour to choose? White Pearls are not bright white, it‘s off white. We always suggest White Swarovski Pearls to match white, off white, diamond white and light ivory dress. Cream pearls for ivory, dark ivory, champagne dresses. You could see the difference between pearls in the listings too. Pls note almost all the pictures are taken with Cream Swarovski Pearls. But if you have any questions about specific color matching please contact me , I will be able to offer purchase pearl samples for $5 ( $3 shipping ) We are able to offer satin, feather, veil samples too . Feel free to contact us!

Will I receive exactly the same piece as I see in the photos ?

We do the best to make Your order exactly the same ! Please keep in mind that handmade items can vary from shown in the pictures. Vintage materials in some styles may be replaced for very similar. We will do the best your item to look ideal the same!

What is care instruction for Your products ?

Do not wet pieces which made of silver/gold plated components (bracelets, necklaces, earrings).

Do not use any cleaners and water for Swarovski silver/gold plated components.  

Do not use cleaner for Swarovski Pearls, pls use only soap and little water if needed and keep silver/gold plated components dry.

Use steam or careful iron on the lowest temperature if there are any wrinkles on the veil before wearing.

Silk flowers, feather pieces are not washable and we only can recommend hand cleaning if necessary, but no guarantee that piece will be in a perfect condition after this. So handle these pieces with care as they are delicate.
